Another good haul of litter on Sunday 18th February, when our champions collected more than 20 bags of litter from our roads and footpaths. Several bags came from the Kenley Memorial Hall where casual littering had blighted the entrance. We hope residents will appreciate our cleaner streets. No doubt they’ll need doing again soon, but a huge thanks to all who took part.
It helps when it’s a beautifully sunny day, but the fresh air, exercise and knowing it’s a job that makes our community feel better, makes it worthwhile. Why not join us for our next litter pick? Look out for the lamppost notices, subscribe to the Kendra’s newsletter or email litter@kenleyra.org.uk and we’ll let you know in good time so you can join our team of champions. You can follow us on Twitter too @kenleyra.
