The Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are holding additional consultation meetings regarding their plans to reshape urgent care services in Croydon.
This directly affects the Minor Injuries Unit at Purley Hospital. It is important that people express their opinions on the local provision of urgent care services otherwise the CCG will just go ahead and close the Purley Hospital Minor Injuries Unit….
Involving Croydon in improving urgent care services
NHS Croydon CCG wants to know what you think about plans for urgent care.
NHS Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) plans and buys most health services in Croydon. Our contracts for urgent care services end in March 2017, which means that we have started reprocurement for these services. We need to make sure that we have new contracts in place in April 2017. Future urgent care services must continue to provide safe, high quality care for more people, using changing technology and using the budget as effectively as possible.
Please see below for details of meetings and drop-in sessions which are an opportunity to join us in shaping urgent care services for Croydon.
